Sunderland came dead last in the PL. For that their TV revenue (shared distribution) was more than what Bayern, Monaco and Juventus got for winning their respective leagues. Just think about that for a second.
Even if the ref was fair, there was no guarantee Bayern would have gone through. And we got screwed a LOT worse. UEFA didn't give 2 shits about our players and coaching staff.
Apparent Champions League kit. Not loving it..... http://todosobrecamisetas.com/2017/06/borussia-dortmund-2017-18-champions-league-puma-kit-leaked/
http://www.espnfc.us/world-cup-qual...-pulisic-thankful-for-thomas-tuchel-influence United States' Christian Pulisic 'thankful' for Tuchel's influence "I'm just very thankful for everything [Tuchel] did for me," Pulisic said during a promotional event on Monday. "It's tough in professional sports when a coach has to go like this, especially after a pretty good season. But we're excited to see who we get and I think the team will be just fine." "Tuchel always just trusted me and gave me a chance," said Pulisic. "Of course he's given me tips and feedback with what he sees every day in training and stuff like that, small things." Tuchel's last game in charge was a 2-1 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB Pokal final, Pulisic's first trophy as a professional and one that will linger long in his memory. "It was really special, especially after a tough season like that with a lot of ups and downs," said Pulisic. "To finish it with a trophy was just a really good feeling. Just to see the excitement on [my teammates'] faces after that was just really amazing to me."
Watching Pulisic play ACM for the USA, one wonders if he is wasted at BVB on the wing. Pulisic played centrally a few times in early March and scored and much the same rate that he is scoring now for the USA (4 goals/3 assists in 4 games).
Eh... That's such a small sample size for BVB, and Pulisic isn't even playing particularly high-level competition in CONCAAF. It makes sense for him to be played centrally for the States, because he's easily their best player and they want to get him on the ball as much as possible, but he's still moreso a complementary piece at BVB. Up-and-coming, for sure, but not at the level where BVB have to cater and form around him.
Burnic, Pulisic and Passlack will all commence with preseason with the rest of the available squad. The club doesn't want them to take part in the juniors.
Pulisic is on the 40-player preliminary roster for the Gold Cup. I think he'll play in the knockout stages (the squad can be rotated after the group stage).
As somebody had already said on this forum when we signed him - he is the next Ballon D'or winner in the making.
Hi there, Norwich fan here. I wanted to try to speak to some Dortmund II fans to see if I could find out more about our new manager Farke and our new defender Zimmerman. Sorry for posting here, I wanted to start a new thread but the site wouldnt let me for some reason. Does anyone who follows the U23's have anything interesting to say about them? For instance, what are we likely to see in terms of approach? How did he set Dortmund II up last season? Does he like the Gegenpressen style. Anything would be appreciated! Thanks
And it gets worse.... On top of Reus and Weigl, RG has now apparently suffered a leg fracture playing with Portugal today.......
Na wenn das mal nicht nach einem fitten #Götze aussieht @BVB 😎👍🏻 pic.twitter.com/8vxW3cHB6G— Tuppi (@Tuppi1909) June 21, 2017 Looking fit. Could have however skipped his gfs tights.
since the 2017-2018 schedule is already announced, can we move forward to 2017-2018 discussion thread?
