Some comments from Kagawa regarding the bus attack. http://blapp.buzz09.de/2017/05/21/kagawa-veroeffentlicht-bewegenden-blog-post/
🎉🎉🎉 Danke, Jungs! Großartige Leistung! #JungeMeister2017 pic.twitter.com/6Csz2wfOTL— Borussia Dortmund (@BVB) May 22, 2017
In case you were wondering, my exact words to him were "this is what happens when you don't overspend on players or refs" The German crowd on twitterverse are saying that was rather disrespectful. While I agree with that sentiment, he is also a convicted tax evader and has engaged in some some high disrespectful activities himself throughout his career.
Can someone please get this clown to stop talking. Please! BVB-Boss Watzke glaubt nicht daran, dass der Bus-Attentäter nur aus Habgier gehandelt habe. https://t.co/JdJOTiBZoA— SPOX Redaktion (@spox) May 26, 2017
Kinda makes sense if u ask me. Maybe something more, maybe not. If someone tried to blow up a team bus and you were W
Y not ? I think he has every right. To your question about why publicly, well Ofcourse he is doing it to score brownie points from the dortmund fanbase by showing empathy and that he cares for the club and what happened. Certainly makes saking Tuchel easier if u paint yourself in a good light after what Tuchel did. Always an ulterior motive, but maybe a little paranoia is good. He certainly has a point regardless of why he is doing it.
The point is obviously to cover his own ass. Multiple media outlets and security teams confirmed that the motive was greed. There was plenty of evidence. There's been nothing to suggest otherwise. This is a case closed as far as Watzke is concerned. But since he's going to fire TT, a coach liked by the majority of the fan base he's trying to flap is trap. Disgraceful and whiny. When I see Bayern fans mocking him, I don't even defend him anymore. Hoenes is a crook but he's intelligent and to this day hasn't been a whiny lil bitch towards his subordinates, at least not towards a talented one unworthy of such treatment.
It's called PR. And TT is not liked by the majority of the fan base. I think it is pretty much an even split between people wanting him to stay ... and others wanting the psychopath to fuking leave.
TimBenneth this is forum and your opinion is your opinion but you are so full of sh**. Just stop talking nonsense like that. Geez
I heard that Pulisic played the 4th most minutes of the whole squad this year, that should put the season in perspective. He's not even 20
Hey, like u said...it's just my opinion. We will have to give it a year or two to see what happens with a new coach if one does come in. Keep in mind that Mainz also had problems with Tuchels authoritarian stance. If the Dortmund players don't want him at the club, what can u do ? Be realistic BVB1989. And I think it's a bit far fetched to say the majority of fans want him to stay. I would say opinion is pretty divided on Tuchel at the moment. I don't see how that is full of shit. Maybe u can enlighten me ?
There's not really strong evidence that Tuchel lost the locker room though. The players still play hard for him out there. There's probably a couple players that don't like him, but this appears to be moreso management vs manager. Also, keep it civil guys.
It seems like it is the veteran players that had the problem with TT. You would hope the board would be able to separate legitimate gripes from sour grapes over having kids played over them. TT has had this same problem at Mainz and BVB. He needs to look at his actions and try and learn. Teams don't get rid of successful coaches just because they don't like them personally. Just as they don't keep them if they do poorly but everyone is best friends. I think the decision to replace TT, today, was made long ago, probably over the Winter break.
It has been reported that Reus stood up on behalf of the players and asked Watzke for the game to be postponed. Others supported this as well. This throws another wrinkle in to the whole situation with Watzke's whole "well nobody told me they wouldn't be able to play the next day how should I have known" act, and even if TT then went out and lied saying he didn't receive a text, Watzke lied just the same.
KPMG's Analysis of club worth. We are closer to S04 than Bayern. I guess Watzke deserves credit for that. https://www.sponsors.de/kpmg-studie-fc-bayern-steigert-wert-um-14-prozent
