I haven't seen an official lineup. Weigl and Auba were questionable, Sokratis should be back.
I'm ok with Auba getting a rest if there is any issue and I expect Schürrle to get another chance. But he has to start producing more.

F ucking Castro. This would have been the perfect game to start Merino.

It looks like Tuchel is going for one of his crazy lineups again.

Excited to see BVB play with 4 fullbacks (5 if you count Ginter). Hopefully they bring on Passlack later so we have 6 FBs on the field lol

I am not. It's the sort of rubbish Guardiola does and backfires when you don't have the two best squads in the last 25 years.

sorry, forgot the <sarcasm></sarcasm> tags...but I do expect Auba/Kagawa/Pulisic/Guerreiro to create enough chances on their own, regardless. In fairness the wing options are limited with Pulisic needed centrally to replace the suspended Dembele.

Schmelzer will be playing LCB. I see the practicality behind a 3 man backline but playing MS there is far too risky.

    Terrific goal, Kagawa-Schmelzer-Aubameyang

That was a great save by Bürki. After the first game we should do our best to avoid dead ball situations.

This half has been terrible. Auba's exceptional clinical finishing has given us the lead. Inglostadt have dominated, they just don't have enough quality.

Yes, not a good game at all since we scored. We play incredibly sloppy at the moment. Many misplaced passesby us and too many opportunities for them.

    Our ''defending'' is beyond suspect.

5.00 Euro and a döner offered as reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Marcel Schmelzer, who has apparently been kidnapped and replaced with Marcelo.

    One good cross.

I am furious watching this match.

Raphael is never going to be good enough as a midfield. Inglostadt are dominating the midfield battle. Instead of training Raphael for LWB for the battles to come he wastes his time in midfield.

It looks like we lost control of the match after scoring the goal.

We got better to the end. Raphael had a good chance but he really has a bad night so far. Probably the most disappointing player so far due to the quality we know he has.
We can only thank Bürki that we made it to the half without conceding. Without him, we have the 17th placed team going to halftime with a lead against us.

Take off either Guerreiro or Castro for Weigl (if Tuchel feels comfortable playing him) or Merino. Or Bartra in and Ginter to DM.

Auba and Kagawa look very lively, especially considering they were questionable with injuries until this morning.

Castro being shit isn't anything new. The problem is that without Weigl there's no shape. Castro doesn't even know what shape is. Find it hard to really blame Raphael here.

Castro holds on to the ball too long to play in the deep role. He just did it again and got away with fouling an Ingolstadt player who was pressing him. Raphael has been independently bad, with a loose touch and getting physically dominated by Cohen and Morales.
