Yoon Jung-hwan called up Hyundai HS's midfielder Kim Gun-woong to Ulsan's training camp in Japan. He was impressed by him after seeing him in the final of a youth tournament against Busan U-18 recently. He had to wait in the airport for 10 hours because of delays but it was worth it as Kim Gun-woong was able to play in the B-team friendly with Gamba Osaka, and manager Yoon said "he is a talented player". http://sports.media.daum.net/sports/soccer/newsview?newsId=20150207064304070

Roman Kim definitely got more manlier lol. Wished that the Steelers' kits retained their striped pattern, now they look like Gyeongnam F.C.
Suwon U-12 ace. In 2014 played roughly 10 matches with 25 goals & 10 assists. His dad wants to call him 11y.o. Bungdang Messi
He's certainly very talented, especially seeing the dribbles towards the end, but a lot of those were shitty defending and lucky balls over the top lol
No.3 (Jeong Tae-bin) managed to clear the ball off the line twice https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1557866524469117 https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=1557869317802171

Incheon's Stielike, Kim Do-hoon, was busy this weekend watching Incheon Daegun Highschool take on Ansan Police U-18 [It's very rare to see a K League manager attend K League junior matches itself]. They won 3-0. When asked what he was doing here on a special weekend break he said "if course I should be here. As a pro manager it is obvious to get interest to the youths. There is no special reason here, I am just here to watch the Daegun highschool players play." He was very happy with the players and the team's performance. When asked who was the standouts he said "the midfield players Choi Beom-kyung and Pyo Gun-hee, along with the 7 3rd year students. As well as U-17 NT player Kim Jin-ya he caught my eyes." http://sports.news.naver.com/sports...54&article_id=0000000965&date=20150329&page=1

This is Pohang U-15, first time ever made up of all 중1 kids playing in a league consisting of all the way up to 중3. Their league standing is average and when they are playing, the physical difference between the teams are very evident. But Pohang is building the big picture here. They are focusing on developing the future rather than instant results. Recently they played against Jin Sung Middle school, the lowest team and it was expected Pocheol 중1 team (that's what they decided to call them) to win and they did 3-1. But again, its not the results that matter with this team, its all about how they do it. The coach emphasized to the players their technical level is better, gave them confidence. The kids are finding their own ways of getting out problems. Even with their small stature they dont hesitate in set-pieces or heading in the defense. Every two or three times a week, they have a test with the coach to check out the positions and observe how they have progressed This is the first a junior K League club is doing this but they are building the big future of Korean football here - the club that plays the "Steel-taka" http://sports.media.daum.net/sports/soccer/newsview?newsId=20150602053910481
