With summer just around the corner, let the TMZ coverage begin...

Don't know how much truth there is to this article but we may be looking at an overhaul of half the team.

"Gomez is first on the list, but also Ilicic looks set to greetings. To lower the mountain engagements instead will think goodbyes El Hamdaoui, Aquilani, Lazzari, Neto, Rosi, Richards and Kurtic (perhaps Vargas). Diamonds and Gilardino instead could be confirmed only if at no cost. Rossi will be critical for Moena If Pepito not be able to give guarantees sealing physical and athletic, the leadership did not expect more and will be hoping for another striker. Eye finally offerings unpredictable, because in times like these there are the non-transferable. In return it is the Corriere Fiorentino. "

    No real surprises for me.

Montella says he won't stay without a huge transfer season. I don't want him to stay anyway. We have a pretty aging club, tbh. Valero has aged fast.

Yeah, Valero has to go as well.

    Aquilani - gone.

    Gomez - gone

and I could go on, but work is calling me.

I think he's a good manager but too boring for my tastes and he doesn't like young players. He's a local boy, though.

I want us to lure Terim away from the Turkish NT.

Haven't heard anything about Terim coming over, very unlikely then? We've also been linked with Spalletti, Donadoni, Sarri and Stramaccioni.

We're just linked with him because he's another Tuscan. I haven't heard anything about Spalletti that seemed to be more than just pure speculation. I'd like Spalletti, though. Despite his ugly balls.

Who would you guys prefer to be Montella's successor, realistically?

I'd be willing to bring Prandelli back - even though his last season was awful.

I hated the way Prandelli managed, personally. And I think he'd be a disaster. Of the guys mentioned I would prefer Stramaccioni or Di Francesco. I'm always holding out for an eventual return of Fatih Terim, though. Loved the way that team played...

I enjoyed Prandelli with Italy. Di Francesco does intrigue me.

That team was only good because half of them had long flowing Fabio hair. But in all seriousness, that video was great.

I'm getting the feeling that many teams will be making productive transfers this summer while we get left behind with mediocre signings. This especially rides on whether or not Montella is leaving

Just read the other day, if Montella stays we should expect three major signings this summer.

A big part of our team is nearing the end of their shelf life. How many good under-27 guys do we really have?

Badelj, Alonso, Savic, Richards, Kurtic, Salah, Bernardeschi and Babacar by my count and some of those are...

That's the thing with our team, half of them are under 25 and the other half are in their 30's. We'll be seeing quite a few leaving this summer so hopefully we can bring some in that'll bridge the gap and fill in major roles

He seemed ok. Definitely the guy I preferred against faster European competition. I thought Tomovic was better in Serie A and that's not saying a ton. I think there's some potential there as he's athletically gifted but he just made a lot of glaring, costly, mistakes -- wouldn't close people down... Yadda, yadda... Especially when one considers he didn't play much.

And that's against a fifth place, inferior side!
