The Union will kick off the 2015 season with a home game: vs. Colorado at PPL Park on Saturday, March 7 also, at salt lake on the 14th of march
The first 5000 fans through the gate will have their name placed into a bowl to be 1 of 5 people selected to fill out the gameday roster.
Last opener at home was March 2, 2013 vs. SKC. Almanac shows it was 40F at kickoff, with 10 mph winds. Good chance we'll see similar chilliness for this one. Of course, it's still not Colorado during that time.
Never bothered looking it up but thanks for confirming my suspicion that it felt like we never start at home.
I know it's a home opener and all, but this year I'd be surprised if it sold out. Potentially cold, lower interest opponent.
According to an email I just got for new STH referrals, the team's full schedule will be released next week.

Good catch. Non-Lampard FC on Apr. 11, huh? And a Friday night game in March. Do we always have to have one of those? At least there won't be shore traffic to fight.

Wait, so Orlando and KaKa don't come? And Lampard will transfer in right after our match? Sucks to be a ticket rep.
