    Richmond hosts Virginia to kick off preseason schedule

    RICHMOND, Va.
    - The Richmond Kickers are pleased to kick off the 2015 preseason schedule with the sixth annual Pro-Am Challenge when they host the NCAA College Cup Champions University of Virginia on Saturday, February 28. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. at Ukrop Park and the match will serve as the marquee game during the weekend’s prestigious Ultimate Cup, hosted jointly by the Richmond Kickers and Chesterfield United.

    Tickets for the Pro-Am Challenge, featuring the University of Virginia, are $10 and space is limited to just 500 seats. Richmond Kickers Season Ticket Holders are eligible for a 24-hour, private pre-sale before general admission tickets go on sale on Friday, January 9 at 3:00 p.m. at RichmondKickers.com.

    The Richmond Kickers are proud to support an Alumni Game, featuring Kickers alumni from around the Greater Richmond area, this Saturday, April 25 at Thomas Dale High School with proceeds benefiting former Kickers professional player, Roger Bothe, who suffers from Lyme Disease. Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. and donations will be accepted at the game or by checks made payable to Roger Bothe c/o Mark Fowler, Thomas Dale High School, 3626 West Hundred Road Chester, VA 23831.
