Have we ever seen this before? WSW-Guangzhou (Evergrande winning 3-1) has been given 17 mins of additional time. But this is because Zeng Cheng went down after a nasty clash with Kim Young-kwon. It looked really bad for both players but Kim Young-kwon managed to get back up (although he went off straight away just in case). Zeng Cheng may have broken his neck, it wasn't pretty to see.
So two Evergrande players clahsed? I hope they're okay. How bad did Kim Young Kwon look? I hope he is careful well after the match is over, as there have been unfortunate cases of players being seriously injured, ostensibly fine. But wow, 17 minute ET?
This resulted in a second yellow card for Yang Sang-min...how ???? The ref is from Sri Lanka and I have never seen him before. He was atrocious all around.
AFC's tolerance of mediocrity (in many things, but I'm pointing particularly towards the officiating standards) and shiteness is frustrating. Terrible refs. GTFO of this level of competition. Oh wait.... forgot it's the AFC The future is asia.
Dont worry he's destined to go to Europe in the future. This is Jeonbuk where talking about not a poor club like FC Seoul or anything. They only sell players to CSL or ME if they are either useless to them or old. Lee Jae-sung is a special player to them, key player, young and most importantly exempt. But he's going nowhere for now because he has alot to achieve with Jeonbuk.
lol, that's Jang Hyun-soo Breakdown of what happened. >Park Jong-woo fouled Kim Dong-hee. >Jang Hyun-soo didn't like the call. >Argued with the ref. (Up close on the ref's face) >Received a yellow. >Kept on arguing with the ref while giving him the death stare. (Up close on the ref's face) >Received second yellow. Sent off. Jang Hyun-soo taking one for the K-League.
ohhhh, by the way, when I meant Chinese I meant the Chinese team's no.15. Still, they take a lot of our best players and yet lose to Seongnam.
Was a pleasure playing against fellow Aussie @alexwilkinson84 tonight! Good luck for the season.@Jeonbuk_hyundai pic.twitter.com/VwbnRYVGN2— David Vrankovic (@DavidVrankovic) March 17, 2015
Guangzhou pulled off a Iran and gave them a crappy training ground. That and they also broke a bunch of rules that they were supposed to follow, but I don't think anyone's surprised.
