It has been quite a while that our boy Miyaichi get in the starting line-ups and luckily today I find a working stream.
So I would like to have a few words about Ryo performance to anyone that still care:
He had 86 minutes of playing time, playing on the wing, often swap place with the other winger (Matts Moller Daehli) during the game. Sadly, Matts did look like a better winger than Ryo (better close control, more agile, turning faster with the ball, better passing).
Ryo touches seemed off, made quite a few failed dribble (it did not help that there not many space to run into during the first half, and the opponent's fullbacks are quite fast). The only things he seem to improve in the recent years are stamina and tracking back.

The second half Ryo did play better since the opponent attack more, so there are more space for him to use his speed. Almost got an assist from a counter attack, squaring the ball to Alex Meier inside the box, unfortunately Meier shoot straight at the keeper.
Later Ryo run down the wings force fullback foul. From the freekick, Meier got a header in.

To conclude, if he played like tonight, it gonna be difficult to get back to the top league. It is hard to even keep his place in St Pauli.

"...The squad planning for the new season continues apace. Director of sport Uwe Stöver and Ryo Miyaichi have agreed terms on a new two-year deal that will keep the attacking midfielder at the Millerntor until 30 June 2021..."

==> Ryo renewed contract at St Pauli to 2021.
Hopefully, he can fight his way back to the top division and play much better than this season.

Just started watching from the 2nd half. Ryo played not bad, put in a few good low crosses and had a very good shot saved by Hamburg keeper.

If he continues playing good and avoid getting lengthy injuries he might find himself picked up by a first division Bundesliga club.

Ryo just renewed the contract so I doubt that he will move next season.
Moreover, he just started get in the starting 11. So just stay at St Pauli for now.
St Pauli currently at 4th place so they still have a chance at the promotion playoff.
It will be fantastic if he can play and get promoted with St Pauli.

Is there any chance for him to get in Japan national team at the moment?

Miyaichi scored his 5th goal of the season to help his team to win 4-3, and keep their promotion chances alive.

I'd say he's finally had a solid first full season of injury-free football in as long as anyone can remember. Even after all his injuries he's proven that he's a decent Bundesliga 2 player that can still earn a living playing football. How much he can improve from here is all gravy in my opinion. I don't think anyone has any expectations from him at this point.

"Can still earn a living playing football"
    That's where we're at hahahahaha.

No but in all seriousness I'm happy for him.
He's only barely made it now to 100 league games for an entire career that started 8-9 years ago.

8 seasons in Europe and he's "only" 26 years old. I think he's the youngest, most experienced Japanese player in Europe in terms of seasons, but obviously not in number of games as pointed out by AKITOD.
