https://www.sny.tv/mets/news/lagares-played-seven-innings-in-first-rehab-game/186888512 In what was the first game of his rehab assignment, Juan Lagares played seven innings in center field and went 1-for-4 with a strikeout and a run scored on Tuesday for Double-A Binghamton. Lagares has been on the disabled list with a sprained left thumb since June 16. Sandy Alderson and Terry Collins have both said Lagares may eventually need surgery, but the hope is that he can wait until the offseason.
