Since we have an off number of teams, the groups are 5 teams each. Everyone plays each other twice with two bye weeks. 10 matchdays and then quarterfinals.

Aack! Actually, I think I have a list of tiebreakers in an old spreadsheet that anticipated this possibility. I have to dig it up at home though. Kind of unfair to use something that was unpublished, but I rule by caprice! MLS Style.
Ah. I found it: TIEBREAKERS IN KNOCKOUT ROUNDS 1st Goals Scored (not points in MFLS, but actual goals) 2nd Goals Allowed by the goalkeeper 3rd Assists 4th Coaching Points
Bitter. Lost to league leader on penalties. Would it have killed Clark to get the shutout and Keane to get a damn goal in that 3-0 win?!?! Oh well, consolation game again. Bitter.
