Makes no sense. I'm expecting Azpilicueta to move to RB with the acquisition of Filipe Luiz. That leaves Ivanovic to backup and Zouma as the 4th option at CB.

The problem is Atletico don't want to sell any of their players, but Chelsea are continiusly stalling Atletico, getting the player to haggle them for a move, and then reluctantly matching the buyout clause, leaving Atleti powerless and screwed ethier way.

Might aswell rename Chelsea - Atletico UK.....

Atletico have made some very shrew signings particular the GK and FC positions (Moya, Mandzukic) so if they can get another 2 sound signings they'll be around the top spots.

Still, can't help but feel sorry for them.

Abner, a promising LB from Coritiba, has signed with Real Madrid and will play at Castilla this upcoming season.

Firmino is linked with Inter Milan, Arsenal are also said to be interested.....however i doubt that Arsenal considering they look like they giving Joel Campbell a shot as back-up CF.

No, but you can find streams easily for it. You don't even need subscription TV to see it in Brazil.

@DoentesPFutebol: Lucas Piazon assinou com o Eintracht Frankfurt. Emprestado pelo Chelsea por um ano http://t.co/pse14xIbwN

Seems like a good move to further his development. What do you think about his chances to see regular football, @MatthausSammer ?

If he's as good as advertised, he ought to see regular football. There is competition, as Inui, Meier, and Rosenthal are no slouches, as well as a similarly up-and-coming talent in Marc Stendera, but if he comes, works at and fights for a starting spot, he should be more talented than Meier and Rosenthal, and more consistent than Inui, and more proven than Stendera.

They'd be going to a better league, so it should further their development.

LOL! But, but, how could Barca do that to the world's best RB?

He will have a brillant coach in Thomas Schaaf who's very respected in the way he developes young talents. Eintracht Frankfurt has built a good team and I can see them finishing in between 6-10 at the end of the season. The Bundeslig will suite Piazon because it's very offensive.

Might have something to do with Barcelona's ties with Traffic. Remember Keirrison ? Same deal. Football is a shady business. If you see something that doesn't make sense, you can bet there is something else going on.
