Owes Jarstein a beer. Could have been a pretty ugly week for him when it comes to penalties.

Yeah, that would have been unfortunate especially since Kagawa blatantly handled the ball first.

Good first half, but in the second one he was invisible...maybe because he was tired.

And that one goal was enough for Hertha to win, Haraguchi played the whole match.

    Yuya Osako: 72 games B1, 8 goals
    Genki Haraguchi: 71 games B1, 4 goals

One is unfortunately still considered some kind of 'Lewandowski' type without goals scored, another one is a mere 'winger' in a team that every year plays for European cups spot in Bundesliga.

Fun fact: Osako only once in his entire pro career broke 10 league goals barrier (in his Kashima days) - it doesn't look too bright in his future as well. That's about the same as Haraguchi...

Still, despite the lack of goals scored Osako and Haraguchi were both considered to be above average at their respective positions during the Bundesliga Hinrunde and instrumental to their teams' overachievement. They are performing well, though it still should be noted that their goal production leaves something to be desired.

Both are primarily played for their reliable workrate, the pressure of scoring mostly is on other players. According to transfermarkt.de Osako has the 6th most playing time at Köln across all games this season, Haraguchi the 10th most (each have their primary scorer as only other attacking player ahead of them, with Modeste 3rd and Ibisevic 2nd, so that's their clear room for improvement).

Yeah both him and Osako has gotten praise all season long for how they've been playing. But scoring a few more goals would not hurt of course. Genki was never a big goalscorer to begin with, neither is Osako, as a poster above said.

Didn't play today. Hertha lost big against Leverkusen bust still finished 6th so they'll play in EL (qualification depending on DFB cub final result).

His season stats: Was always(!) in squad, started 25 (out of 39 possible) matches, subbed in 9 times, scored 1 and assisted 2 times, got 4 yellow cards, played 2.229 minutes.

He's been frozen out of the Hertha starting 11 since the end of March. Hertha wanted him to sign a new contract, given that his contract runs out in 2018. However, Haraguchi has made it clear that he wants a move to England, and it seems like Hertha would be looking to sell him at the end of the season.

Swansea could be a good target. Or West Ham.

Seems like the interested suitor is Brighton. Newly promoted, looking to bolster their squad, a good fit.

Not really. We don't need a winger.

Imo Westhampt has a rude and physical football totally unfitted for him.
In general EPL is bad for a lightweight japanese winger.
