WT actual F! Okubo soooooo good! Zac casually brings on player, player assists goal with first touch within seconds. Extremely glad Okubo got a goal on the board before the tournament started. Same with Honda. Our defence has been awful, and tbh the attack hasn't even looked that good other than the 3rd goal. Its nice to see Japan score 4 goals when they really didn't attack well throughout the game. But man......that defence.
As a warm-up for CIV this was absolutely ideal, even the Zambia jersey looks similar haha. Gave Zac hopefully a lot to think about.
that's it nice to go to WC with 5 wins in a row this time, but some concerns still the game was changed with the subs after all... can't really do that in the tournament :/ (I mean, you have 3 subs and the third one can't come out too son) anyway as predicted we'll have to score more than the others, and that's it lol
Do you guys think that it`s possible that Okazaki starts in front like in Mainz and Okubo take his starting spot on the right side or Kiyotake ? Switch Morishige with Konno and maybe H.Sakai with Uchida and take out Endo when Hasebe is fit and this team should work fine.
Mhh I think the same but that would be aswesone. You can`t ignore our best striker ever in Histroy and gave him his old spot from Stuttgart even if he scored there for JNT like hell. Okubo is real on fire and I love it when he was subed in today and scream and shoutet to his team when the get bashed. He is a real leader
The good thing about this match, is that Zambia was taking it seriously, they were playing like it is a crucial match that will either decide a title or qualification, and that gave the Samurai Blue a real test. BTW, Zambia is known as a good side defensively, they are better than the likes of Cote d'Ivoire and Cameroon. So It is a good sign we scored 4 against them. They are also better than the Ivorians in terms of team work, while the Ivorians is only better than them in the individual aspect. Bring it on Cote d'Ivoire!!!
btw, last pass was from Aoyama which is encouraging to see him doing his usual stuff at the same time, concerning since he was a sub... agreed that Zambia was playing very aggressive
