Thats the best Wake could do? Writtin Good Hire by WAKE. Jason going home to Wake, should be exciting. Good Guy Good Coach.
Chris Tinius finally landed a job...new HC at Bellarmine. http://athletics.bellarmine.edu/news/2014/6/5/WSOC_0605141001.aspx He applied for every opening in the region. Knows the recruiting base. Hope he does a decent job there and does NOT continue some traditions from his last position. Best of luck to him.
My apologies for any possible reference to any shenanigans (however you spell it)….I was just curious at how late it was. Good for both!!!
Beddingfield, the GK coach is taking Tinius' place. Imho they will struggle in C-USA ...even after all the good Sunbelt teams left they couldnt pull off a November win. WKU is a great school but the soccer program is stagnant. Lots of wins against weak opponents. Kick and run style.
Whoopie, go over to All White Kit and take a good look at Chris Henderson's first run at ranking the Division I women's college coaches. At the moment, it's the top article. Before you go through the rankings, however, go to the second article and read his CoachRank FAQs, which will explain how he derived them. They are based on data and formulas applied to the data. Anyone know what is going on at Oregon State?? No coaches listed?? Five players have transferred out?
Don't know about the transfers, but Basketball , cross country, and swimming have no coaches listed either, and a couple other sports only have an assistant or so listed. It looks like a new website from what I remember. Perhaps just late on getting the info up.
Green Bay has hired Kacey Burke as head women's coach . She was an assistant coach at Oklahoma. The announcement also said a full national search will be made at the end of the season. I bet that really makes her feel secure in her new job.
Even for the type of school it is, UW-GB's athletic leadership makes more head scratching decisions than you'd expect.
Not sure what is going on but the coaches are listed. http://www.osubeavers.com/SportSelect.dbml?&DB_OEM_ID=30800&SPID=127146&SPSID=750138
Random, non-sarcastic question: Why would an assistant coach leave a fairly strong ACC program to work as an assistant at a non-ACC school?
