OK, now that the season has come to an end, and Arsenal.com is getting ready to do their top goals of the season -- what are your top Arsenal goals of the season?
Wilshere. vs. Norwich in the fall. Great team goal. (and won Arsenal.com's poll in a landslide) Ramsey. @ Norwich in the spring. Great individual skill goal. Link: http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archive/20140528/goal-of-the-season-vote-now
Agreed that this is easily the goal of the season. I want to see what people have as the runners-up though.
The runners up: Ozil's first goal for the club (was it against Napoli?). Walcott's second at the Etihad. Ramsey: Volley against Sunderland Pick a screamer. I like the one against Liverpool. The dribbling in the box against Norwich. The winner has to be Ramsey's winner in the FA Cup final, right? The goal that ended a trophy drought? And a fine first time finish it was too.
I forgot about that one. Another great piece of individual skill. The Ramsey vs. Norwich goal I referenced was the volley he thumped into the top corner.
Bar Wilshere (#1 for me): - Ramsey at Carrow Rd. - Gnabry at Swansea - Giroud home to Spurs (league game) - Ramsey home to Liverpool (league game) - Ozil home to Napoli - Ramsey at home to Norwich - Ramsey away at Fenerbache - Ramsey at Wembley
