Go for it, but it's not like this kind of behaviour hasn't been ignored many many times in the past. Fifa is only interested in Racial abuse (quite rightly), but don't expect any feedback other than "being investigated".
Doubt anything will happen with the laser incidents... Schwarzer had them coming all night when they played in Jordan.
There's really only one way that issues like this will ever get addressed - subject a team from UEFA (or alternatvely, Brazil or Argentina) to the same treatment, with open encouragement from the JFA, and hope to embarass FIFA into action. The only problem there is that you have to be willing to behave like a complete asshole, and accept the criticism that comes with it. For example, if the JFA were to hand out laser pointers to everyone paying admission at Toyota Stadium for the game against Bulgaria in May, and instructed then in how to use the pointers to blind Bulgarian players, I guarantee that FIFA would be forced to take action. Of course, I also guarantee that Bulgaria would stop play after 15 minutes and go home, and Japan would be raked over the coals in the international press for poor sportsmanship. Sadly, though, thats the only thing that will ever get FIFA to do anything about it
