probably just watch the knockout stages. When its MLS vs FMF teams. Man it was better with just four groups/four teams in each/16 teams total.
they are always changing the format to make it easier for them lets not for get the 4/5 teams that get to participate in the tournament.
The problem is helping them get to the KO stages, since there are only 3 teams in a group it looks unlikely that a Mex or MLS team gets ko'd. Once elimination starts anything can happen, it makes it easier to win a series than it is to play a tougher 6 game group where your going to drop points.
This is what happens when you play bench players throughout the Tourney! I here all this talk about el bicampeonato........lo maximo es ser campeon del mundo!!
So apparently Toluca is only starting 60% of their starters? I really hope this doesn't turn out to be another Tigres situation... Risky by Toluca considering that they get to play the winner of Alajuelense - Arabe Unido after this, thus pretty much ensuring themselves an appearance in the final if they win this.
Tigres was owning the Sounders in Seattle with a B team but the red card caused a meltdown. I think Toluca can pull it off. Mexican teams resting starters can still do damage vs MLS teams at full strength.
