7 goals in 13 matches until now: what do you think? Eupen is 7th, far by 5 points from play-off zone.

The only thing that I think is that it's a damn shame that he got injured. But he seems to have his starting place back. He has 14 matches left I think. A good challenging goal would be scoring 8 goals in these matches for a total of 15 in 27 matches.
Also, there is no play off zone in belgium as far as I know. There is not a single chance that Eupen will get promoted, but that's not something he has to care about. He's going back to Seville.

Actually, there is a play-off zone, from 2rd to 4th place. But tonight Eupen won 2-1 and they got closer to the teams ahead of them.

by the way he did not play the last match which Eupen won 2-1.

    :/

and teioh, do you realize that in the end because of the injuries he will play way less matches than last year? It's impossible that he scores 20 goals at this point.

14 matches left. He would have to score, like, every match
He has 7 goals on 14 matches played now.
    So I thought:
Oh and, last year he scored 20 in 32 matches, so now you can understand my numbers ;).

My question is simple: is he the best japanese scorer in European professional football? Let's say from the 2nd division to the 1st division of any "main" European league in history.
I know Kagawa surpassed Takahara and lead the chart but isn't Ibusuki near breaking that record?

Yh. And Godfrey Chitaly is obvs much greater than Messi... he scored 116 goals to messi's 91...

Seriously, you consider Belgacom League a main European league? :ROFLMAO:

No cause Belgium 2nd div hardly makes it as a 'main' european league.

Don't try to build it up to anything more than it is. The level of league he is playing at is pitifully low. I don't see you getting all excited over every player that scores over 10 goals in J2.

You missed what I'm talking about.
The most common problem in japanese fws in Europe is their lack of scores. And this become a problem for the JNT too.
Now I'm only asking if Ibusuki is an exception OR if it's "normal" for a japanese fw to score so much.
If you say me: it's normal cuz Belgium 2nd = J2 and a lot of fws in J2 score as much as Ibusuki than I say ok.
But, if you say me that Belgium 2nd is not so difficult but however a better level than J1-2 and that NONE japanese fw in history of japanese footballers playing in Europe scored as much as Ibuki than we have a case.

Anyway, this can only be good. Even if Eupen doesn't buy him, he's probably getting known in 1st division and he could be acquired from a top-table team next season.
