Well, yeah... He's playing with youths... But it could be worse. At least he is still playing games.

I think that he could find another JLeague side anytime if he wanted ( - to low his salary too). It doesn't seem he is much interested. We'll see what he does in January

The thing is. We know where Tadanari Lee was before his departure. He was the main striker of Sanfrecce Hiroshima and striker in JNT
Than he leaves Sanfrecce wins the J-League and he is off the JNT

I wonder was it worth it missing the WC 2014 and Sanfrecce's champions moment. Oh well

That's assuming Sanfrecce was going to be champions without Sato playing alone forward. Debatable.

As for JNT, it's not like he can choose his future. I mean, Southampton was in the 2nd div. when he joined, it just happened that lots of money were injected into the club and he wasn't good enough anymore. He could've left this summer to JLeague if he wanted to aim at JNT...

The point was, I bet he is wondering about that stuff and will be when the WC 2014 hits

We've already got two Premier League reserve strikers. No need for another one. Besides Japan could do with an extra striker option other than Okazaki, who is in a terrible form lately.

he cannot. Once a player plays for a certain team main squad he can play only for that country.

I believe that he's only just gained match fitness, and may finally feature on the bench this weekend. He's seen as a great example of professionalism for the younger players and is a credit to himself. Keep the faith.

I dunno if it's the fact they're playing on a less packed ground than a random Japan high school game, or if it's cause that player is really young, or if it's the standard of the game in general.

But watching Lee play in that clip, that winger that passed to him looked like he was 12 in comparison.

They can't score goals but it's not so bad they need Lee.

Emergency loan to a championship team would be good. Wigan maybe? They're looking for a striker right now.

Imo Lee needs to stay in his ground. I meant no EPL, no EL. Championship. A second division european league is enough to him. Since players from J2 can have a starting spot in JNT.

Ya... why ??? Why Bale, Giggs and Ramsey cant bring their national team World Cup or European competition but they still can play at big club like Real Madrid, Manchester United and Arsenal??

What? I said that Lee can play in Championship and be called by Zac. He does not need to play in EPL for that since in JNT play even J2 footballers.
