I wanna make a point, anyway: Usami HAS potential. But potential doesn't make you a star, indeed.

    Idk

I watched him in many games, he is good. REALLY good

If he is given proper role and the team uses up his abilities to the best he can literally wreck havoc. It is more than potential it is what he already has at his disposal. Hoffenheim was a total mess and Usami's role was well wrong. This kid is really good and if people still cant see it I am 95% sure he will prove them wrong soon

    Well just my opinion

They have so many things in common that probably even Kakitani is more similar to Morimoto: they both "shaved" (well Kakitani not that much) their head after shame

A certain player named Freddy Adu demonstrated this perfectly...

Why exactly did Yoichiro shaved his head. Because of the reappearance of Levi and him saying he is sorry for the past?

if it's true he is moving on to another Bundesliga.1 club and staying in Germany, well that's great. I hope he can really get more playing time. both @ Bayern and Hoffenheim he really isn't utlizing his potential nor is he growing as a player much. I really hope him success in Bundesliga.1.
anyone care to guess where he would be heading?

Borussia Dortmund could be a good choice something like 2 years ago if Kagawa wasn't there ^^

Again, not even on the bench against Wolfsburg... three of the subs are from Hoffenheim II with 0 mins played in Bundesliga... wtf is going on here

My guess? They won't buy him, so why bother with taking him on the bench? Better give those spots to their youngsters.

Going back to Gamba would help him greatly

Deadline for any new deal w/Gamba passed end of March. Usami was not in the team since... ?

He should move to a lower league in any case. imo he was never ready for Bundesliga in the first place... its beginning to remind me of Otsu.

Usami was praised too much, now he has to deal with the expectation. Unless he does the step back by himself.

Everyone keeps falling for Usami: good for him, i have thought it would have been difficult for him to find another team to want him in Bundesliga. Freiburg will be at least in Europe or not?

Meanwhile, Hoffenheim made a miracle and gets to the play-out against Kaiserslautern... after winning in Dortmund! o_O
