To be honest, from all the time I paid attention to Chinese football, I have never heard of a coach interested on NCAA kids. Another problem is those kids might not have full Chinese citizenship, especially China does not recognize dual citizenship, it would almost be not plausible for the kids to be picked by the national/olympic/u-23 etc. team. Unless the kids are supertalents and something that the national team really needs, I believe the CFA would do something to let them join, but it ultimately lies on the levels of talent and citizenship issues.
