OFFICIAL Aki moves to GAMBA OSAKA on loan as soon as he completes medical. (source: http://sports.chosun.com/news/ntype.htm?id=201207300100248630021051&servicedate=20120730) Isn't Cerezo local rival of Gamba? I feel sorry for them
I see. I heard Gamba is having a really strange season. Maybe he can make some difference. Anyway, I wish him good luck.
http://www.deportebalear.com/2013/07/16/akihiro-ienaga-seguira-en-el-rcd-mallorca/ Oltra (former Deportivo coach) decided that Ienaga will stay. Seems that he is satisfied with his preseason. He played '90 against NEC (won 2-0) too. Let's see how it goes. training stuff
It is looking rather positive for once for Ienaga. With the relegation to Segunda Division, they had to off-load one non-EU player, since they can only register 2 non-EUs down from 3 in La Liga, which I thought would have been Ienaga seeing the transfer rumours. But instead Anderson Conceicao has been sold back to Brazil, leaving space for Ienaga. Hope this will be a turning point to his career.
I still remember when Okada said that Ienaga was a candidate for WC2010, now I hope he will has his chance for WC2014! He can be our sub for Honda!!!
We don't lack a sub for Honda? Actually we have Kengo Nakamura. If Ienaga will play an amazing season he can be a candidate for sure, Mallorca is in Liga Adelante but we have no problem with second division players nope?
Hopefully after the EAFF tourney, Zac will realize that we are in fact very deep at AMC. Doesn't look too promising for Ienaga.
Do you know? Ienaga and Honda (with Yasuda) grown togheter in the same school (dunno exactly if we are talking about high school or early) and while Honda was named "Great Gorilla" Ienaga was the "Mountain Gorilla" cuz they were the tougher and stouted there (Yasuda said Honda nearly broke his arm in a fight). It's time to make the two "Gorillas" meet again in JNT!
he was decent, provided a good cross that a mate headed towards another mallorca player but the goal was disallowed because the ref saw a foul still he had his usual attitude that makes him basically unnoticeable on the pitch... his sub didn't change anything anyway
I'm worried that his presence on the club might be fading away. During pre-season the club wanted to send him on loan to some other club but the coach decided to keep him. At the beginning he played regularly and did it quite well, but slowly began to disappear. In some matches, he was used as a substitution around minute 80, or 85. Now he's not even playing those 5-10 minutes, so I don't know what could happen to him. Today's match: FC Barcelona B - RCD Mallorca. Let's see if they have the guts to make him play xD I'll watch the match and tell you how it goes.
Final result: FC Barcelona B 0-1 RCD Mallorca And they could have won by more. No trace of Ienaga, looks as if he disappeared from this planet, nobody talks about him either. Mallorca is a team that usually plays in the 1st division, but this year descended to 2nd, which means the club has the urge to go back to La Liga and they might not like the idea of testing new players and making experiments. I think it will be very difficult for him to have more minutes.
