http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011–12_UEFA_Champions_League#Third_qualifying_round lists the 15 matchups. I will list the 10 matchups for champions first, put the first leg home club first, and use a * to identify the seeded club.

    1. Litex Lovech (Bulgaria)-Wisla Krakow (Poland)*
    2. Maccabi Haifa (Israel)*-NK Maribor (Slovenia)
    3. HJK Helsinki (Finland)-Dinamo Zagreb (Croatia)*
    4. APOEL Nicosia (Cyprus)*-Slovan Bratislava (Slovakia)
    5. Copenhagen (Denmark)*-Shamrock Rovers (Ireland)
    6. Genk (Belgium)-Partizan (Serbia)*
    7. Rosenborg (Norway)*- Viktoria Plzeň (Czech Republic)
    8. Zestafoni (Georgia)-Sturm Graz (Austria)*
    9. Ekranas (Lithuania)-BATE Borisov (Belarus)*
    10. Rangers (Scotland)*-Malmo FF (Sweden)
    11. Standard Liege (Belgium)*-Zurich (Switzerland)
    12. Twente Eschede (Netherlands)*-Vaslui (Romania)
    13. Benfica (Portugal)*-Trabzonspor (Turkey)
    14. Dynamo Kyiv (Ukraine)*-Rubin Kazan (Russia)
    15. Odense (Denmark)-Panathinaikos (Greece)*

Matchup 1 has the coefficients of the two clubs relatively close.

According to http://www.liveoddsandscores.com/uefa-champions-league/fixtures, 12 of the 15 home clubs are favored in the first leg with the exceptions being BATE Borisov, Sturm Graz, and Dinamo Zagreb favored away. The biggest first leg favorite is Copenhagen, who hosts Shamrock Rovers, and the smallest favorite is Odense, who hosts Panathinaikos.
