Listen I will tell you two things. Here in my country there is only one club I would guarantee you would 100% deliver with the wages and it is also a club which is progressing is paying in European competitions and is a good "diving" board for the players who wish to get into some major league afterwards, and that is Maribor. In Croatia it is not exactly the same, but this is how it goes. Dinamo Zagreb is the only club I would guarantee you will deliver with the wages and there are two clubs who are lets say a good "diving board" for the players. Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split. However I would advise against playing for these clubs when you are a player of Inoha-s caliber Kashima Antlers are simply a bigger club, the league is stronger and at the end of the day even if Inoha would have come to play for a team in my country I would say, it was a bad move but would be happy that he came. However only happy if he came in Maribor, cause otherwise I would be facepalming because sooner or later I know he would have this wage problems which I am sure he is not used to and so on. So basically the only club in Slovenia he could come in without me feeling the embarrassment would be Maribor, which is a really well run club, however even than I would admit it is not the right club for Inoha. I think if Dalmatino is fair and objective he will say the same. He can be happy about having Inoha there, but in the end he should agree that Inoha has not made the right move when he transfered.
Inoha didn't show up at this morning's training session and he will most likely be suspended from the team.
Apparently Inoha doesn't want to go anywhere else but to home to Japan, he rejected some transfer offers from some european and chinese clubs. I think that he is using this pay issue to get back to his home, if it is only bacause of the money he would accepted offers from some other clubs in Europe.
No, it just writes that we could have sold him to some chinese and european clubs but he doesn't want to go there, going back home is the only option he wants.
Or get paid and play for Split. I have a hard time believing he's taking the unprofessional road to leave the club.
No offense, but not paying 3 months worth of wages is imo not just an 'excuse', it's as worse a work relationship can get. That it's normal at your club doesn't make it more reasonable.
Hope he terminates the contract which he's now entitled to i imagine now that hajduk have breached contract. It was a poor move, he went to a much worse team than kashima in a much worse league than j.league and now they havent even paid him for 3 months.
Firstly, ofcourse he wouldnt want to go to china that would be going well backwards. There's reasons why he didnt go to the other european clubs maybe they werent that good. Unless you tell me he had offers from bundeliga/serie a/la liga clubs that he turned doqn then it was probably for footballing reasons. Its not an 'excuse' if you're 3 months late. Hopefully ienaga will think twice before agreeing to move.
It wasn't a bad move, just a different experience, and he was part of a winning team so I was actually glad he made that choice. He's an average player and it seemed he was progressing there. It's disappointing to hear these stories and even more to think his european adventure might come to an end so early.
http://sportsnavi.yahoo.co.jp/soccer/headlines/20120118-00000012-spnavi-socc.html Now Sportsnavi is starting to report, quoting Croatian papers which say that he wasn't paid *2 months*, and he left the training camp with his agent. Also, there's the assumption about him wanting to return to Japan. Regarding offers from other clubs (except maybe from China), I don't really believe that as no names were mentioned. That just seems to be used to say he's homesick imo.
http://www.sanspo.com/soccer/news/120119/scb1201190504002-n1.htm Already requested to get released according to Sanspo. Also, his agent's looking primarily for a new club in Europe for him, while a return to Kashima is a possibility too. I don't know, it's pretty late to look for a club, if talks start from zero. Edit: Then again if he has become a free agent the window doesn't end on Jan 31.
I just hope that this situation ends with all sides beeing relatively happy. For example - Inoha signs for a new club and we get a nice transfer fee to return what we invested in him
If Hajduk breached contract by not paying him, then chances are the contract has been legally terminated making Inoha a free agent. Hence Hajduk most likely will not get a cent for him. Did Hajduk pay a transfer fee for Inoha?
I don't know if Euro or Dollars, but something around 250k. Anyway, I am reading that by Croatian labor laws the payment delay may not have been long enough to justify Inoha to leave... so this might become really complicated. Edit: Btw, I wonder who his agent is.
That's dumb. He was only there 6 months and already they got 3 months behind. On that rate it should definitely be terminated. Hope he can get out of there for free.
