Sevilla is bigger than Tottenham, if you hadn't noticed they qualified 1st from their CL group, what has Tottenham done lately? And Zokora is a very good player.

Zakora is only good playing for his club. On the international scene, it's a different story. Like someone said earlier, not until Ivory Coast find a creative midfielders they will always disappoint.

what are you talking about ?, CIV's problems definately is not in their midfield, or lack of creativity. They have one of the best and most dominant midfields in the world. They create boat loads of chances in every game they play. In fact finishing, even with Drogba, is more of a problem for them than creating chances. Their only problem is defence along with their goalie. As for Zokora he is actually much better for country than club (Tottenham at least ) He is an absolute beast in the midfield. The trio of Toure, Zokora, and Romaric will have their way with almost anyone they come across, take that to the bank.

Both Yahaya and Zakora are DM's. They don't have AM's. Their strength is upfront.

Ghana is in real trouble... they are basically going to the ACoN without 3 first team players and 3 others are in the squad but injured. This could mean that at least the first matches of Ghana will be played without any of the first team midfielders.

Stephen Appiah and Laryea Kingston are out because of injuries, while Muntari was dropped for disciplinary reasons.

Meanwhile Essien is still injured, but should be good to go for at least some of the ACoN (but probably won't start in either group match).

Now two first team defenders will most likely be out: John Mensah, probably Ghana's second most important player, and John Paintsil, who has really been in red hot form lately. Both seem unlikely to make it. Paintsil won't be much of a problem, as Inkoom will be just as much an asset as the older right back. But replacing Mensah is almost impossible... Maybe a call-up for Jonathan Mensah???

If their defense is best and dominant in the world, how come both Egypt and Ghana outrun and outpaced them during the last African Cup of Nations. They lost to Egypt 4-1 and lost to Ghana 4-2. Like I said, they lack creative midfielders. Both Zakora and Yahaya and DM's

Like I said, they lack creative midfielders. They only rely on individual talents to win games. They may be deadly against weak opponents but against good teams, they crumble.. Besides, both Zokora and Yahaya are DM's

Well actually both Zokora and Yaya Toure started out od CM, not DMs. They were converted into DMs by the clubs. Similarly with Seydou Keita who is a creative midfielder.

Yaya can actually turn into a CM. Well, for Barca at least, he would make forward runs beating players and shooting, and create chances, but not always
