I don't think this has been posted, but Sho Ito plays for Shimizu S-Pulse now.

Oh yes, it has been posted a few months ago but he never plays. Poor guy. He looked decent on his only apparition in L1 last year.

I read on a blog that the pitiful condition of the ground in Niigata is due mainly to a summer gig played there by the in-any-case hateful J-Pop band EXILE.
    Can anybody confirm...?

No idea, but it was amazing the way the pitch went from fine in mid August to terrible now.

Interestingly enough none of the other grounds on that list seem to be trashed up?

For sure, few other cities in Japan got as much rain as Niigata this year.

BTW, Exile should not exist in any case. :)

J-Pop shouldn't exist ;) (at least in its current state)

Come on, they are not that bad! They was the favorite band of one of my ex-gf's, so I was "forced" to listen to them for a period, and although I would not say they are good in any way, I learned to appreciate atleast some of their songs lol.

    Choo Choo Train!

It looks like the other Kim will be released after the season then.

Because we already have three Brazilians and one AFC player – up to the limit. So to register Song-Gi for the next season club has to sell one of them four.

I'm pretty sure that the rule is that you can only have 4 foreign players on either the field or the bench. So technically you can have many foreign players.

    Another reason

Kim probably signed a Pro C so he is part of this limit, unless they promote him to a Pro A contract.

AFAIK the limit is for the entire roster, not just the fielded team. And SG Kim is already 21, so the Pro C contract can't be an excuse.

I'm talking about Kim Bo-Kyung. He probably signed a Pro C and I guess won't be bumped up next season.

Are you sure about the roster?

I don't know if they changed the rules, but look at what Matsu wrote. Kim wouldn't be part of the Asian player he'd just be a foreign player.

Hmm, I'm not sure so it's probably better to check league regulations.

I was actually talking about JH Kim, our goalie – he's 23 and is certainly falling under the limit together with the newly signed Kim.
