As for their comments about the friendly with Japan, they have been always pretentious and arrogant beyond belief, we (Algeria) played them in Catalonia not so long ago (two years I think) and we scored 3 goals in that game (4 - 3 final result). A full strength squad with Messi. I hope that Japan will perform just as good in attack, as for the back-line, I think we'll be safe with the duo Nakazawa/Tulio and Kawashima in the goal.

It doesn't mean they are world-beaters, and neither does the Argentina win over Spain. I'm sure Spain is tarnishing their world cup winners medals with their tears from that meaningless defeat to Argentina... not.

Re: (10.08.10) Friendly: Japan x Argentina [R] No good...Iwamasa is an excellent defender but he is slow, even slower than Yuji and Tulio, he would suffer against fast/agile type of players. The Spaniards weren't at full strength, pretty unlucky too. Well, I am not saying we're gonna win, but the Japanese NT is strong enough to be a decent challenge for every top NT in the world.

Kurihara, Makino, Nagata etc etc would get torn to pieces by the argentinian attack. Wonder if Abe will get called up. Is Endo okay to play yet?
