Looks like Estudiantes didn't need Verón for this match after all.

With this Estudiantes becomes the first Argentine club not named Boca in the final since 96, if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, I think Cruzeiro will take it.

I hope Estudiantes win. They can beat the shit out of Barcelona......[IMG]

Not to mention, it would be historical, for me at least, seeing a former great come back. Shame they didn't win it last year or that Manchester didn't win the Champions League again.........Estudiantes v Manchester United would have made one hell of a rematch.....

I think Cruzeiro is going to win it.

    What a joke!

Comebolas kick out the Mexicans teams for the swing flu & now its OK to play the final with SA teams while the swing flu outbreak is in argentina.

Ja, ja, ja................ "KARMA".........got them!............. ja, ja, ja....:D

Dont want that Mexico wins their tournament, thats for sure.

So to follow the precedent it should be a single game at Cruzeiro, right?

Due to how the CONMEBOL wanted to treat the Mexican clubs, yes it should..

Im telling you guys that having teams placed directly in knock out stages in the next competition is not a reward.. They should learn how to treat us better, and accept a Mexican club could win ther tournament..

But no San Luis and Guadalajara get placed in to knockout stages and all of the sudden you hear this: "FMF sure raped CONMEBOLAS, take that f@gs."

Even if a Mexican team did win the Libertadores I heard that they can't represent CONMEBOL in the World Club Cup. I hope I'm wrong but I could've sworn I heard this somewhere.

If a Mexican team won it, then the South American representative at the CWC would be a non-champion. How embarrassing would that be. If that happened, they shouldn't even go
