Livorno have obtained the services of Stefano Fiore for the next 6 months. Nice pick-up.

boy how his career has sunk....was making a NT impact, became the top playmaker at Lazio, then struggled mightly in Spain and then performed inconsistently at Fiorentina. Thanks to Zac wasnt even playing much at Toro, hope he gets a full shake at Livorno.

Seriously. He was one of my favorite players to watch. At Lazio you could say he was the best midfielder in Italy, and even had a pretty decent Euro 2004.

At Fiorentina he started well but then dropped. Hopefully he regains his form because I think he can still be a good player.

Fiore's a top player. Hopefully this stint will spring Livorno into life. Lucarelli should get more supply upfront.

At Lazio, he was a gun.

I dont know much about livorno, but at least on paper it looks like a 3-5-2 team..if Fiore's is given a free creative role in the center I think he'll do well. I know they sold Vigiani so perhaps he's the replacement. He can play wide right, but in a traditional 4-4-2 that torino wasnt using and I dont think livorno does either.

I saw him play a few weeks ago & he did well and I believe he even scored. I guess he and Zach didn't get along from their days at Lazio.

It seems they have not named Salvemini coach. Instead, they named Ferdinando Orsi as coach, who was Mancini's assistant coach at Lazio and Inter.

I laughed when I found out that he went to Milan! Maybe this time at Livorno, he can redeem himself.

I think he's a pretty good player, it's just that at Milan he was closed out by so many good players. I think at a club like Livorno where he's an automatic starter he can show his worth.

That's why I thought his move to Milan was funny. He was a good player at Lyon but he really couldn't be compared to a Rui Costa or a Kaka.
