Experience matters. Some teams have Big Game Experience, some don't. Bayern is much scarier than Dortmund in Europe, even when they're not doing well in the BuLI.

Experience winning on the big stage matters. It took ManCity a long time to get that, and PSG is still learning. Money is not enough, good players is not enough, good coach is not enough. You also need a club used to winning in big games.

Dortmund is not one of those clubs.

Gotze is an MLS quality player. FFS he is really bad. What happened to him?

I don't see Puli scoring the goal Son scored today.

Pulisic needs to learn how to ride off body shots or at least ride them off better than he does right now

He has been pants for years now. I understand why BVB is loyal but it's time to put him out to pasture. He just doesn't have it for this level anymore. Sad.

Only saw last 40 mins but it seems from commentary here that Favre never switched Sancho/Puli l-r.

That is too bad as he is still fairly young. Sometimes life is a bastard like that. Still curious as to why he gets starts when is is playing so horribly, metabolic disorder or not.
When he would run full speed it looked like a jog. Get pushed off the ball when he doesn’t lose it himself. Just not there anymore.

He didn't, and that was a mistake.

It feels like they're managing it poorly, but he did have a goal and an assist on Saturday.
