Delaney blast from 25 forces a rebound, doesn't quite fall to Gotze. Spurs out of their shell a little bit, so this could get to be more fun.

Spurs haven't really gotten it together... they are still mishitting their final ball and taking heavy touches which turn the ball over. Just had another counter and the ball that would have sprung a 2 v 1 was badly overhit.

And just like that Spurs create an ok chance, Burki prevents a tap-in.

Helluva job by Burki, good hustle from Pulisic helping out defensively.

CP springs a nice counter after a good dribble move. Sancho looked to be fouled... dunno why it wasn't called. Need a replay.

Sancho looked to have drawn a very dangerous free kick, nope.

Wow... Sancho earned a yellow on edge of box, no call by ref. Horrible miss.

CP another good looking move to draw a foul. Foyth might be fortunate that's not a card.

Gotze looks stuck in absolute mud. They'd be so much more dangerous with pace up there.

Man starting to feel robbed we didn't get a full season of Sancho and Pulisic together with a better manager.

Hakimi starting to get into the game - earns a corner. Sancho cross to Zagadou headed to the side of Lloris, who barely keeps it from crossing the line.

His positioning is creating lots of space for the attacking mids to create some havoc.

I really like Zagadou, what a specimen physically and seems to have some good instincts.

Pochettino has played this half as if it were an away game.

5 shots on goal for BvB, only 1 for Tottenham. If I were a Spuds fan I'd be mad.

True, he's been good on the ball in tight spaces as well. Not really a critique of him just not an athletic player.

Better than the manager that has the team in first?

Sancho and Pulisic are the two best/most dangerously players on the pitch by a country mile.

The problem is that you can fit practically the entire Tottenham XI before you'll find the 3rd best BVB player

Get Guerreiro out there, move Pulisic to false 9

At one point Sancho and Pulisic were playing so dangerously that Tottenham played about 5-10 straight minutes of defensive possesipon

Curious, who takes Dortmund pk’s with this lineup? Mario?

This is a tough call - Dahoud hasn't done much on offense, but has helped through the middle; I sort of want Gotze out there for finishing ... most "normal" sub for BVB would be Guerriero for CP, but since all of the danger is from CP and Sancho, I'd like to see Favre be more creative and go for the win. I think the best way to do that after minute 60-70 is Guerriero moving to his usual spot and CP moving centrally, maybe with Philipp, taking out Gotze and Dahoud.

History says yes, but it's limited and old history. Reus is the first and second choice.
