Nah. It is a fake jersey, the ones you get at the intersections of the streets in Barranquilla;)

But still cool. Maybe I'll take a pic and post it. BTW, that was when I was like 10, and "Pitufo" was barely taller than me LOL :p

I met D'Avila at JFK Airport, I was coming back from Colombia and he was in front of me on the customs line trying to explain that he was a soccer player for the Metrostars, the customs guys had no idea who they were not even after looking at the letter he had given them from the team.

If you remember Colombia's amazing team before the 1994 World Cup, then you remember when they smashed Argentina 5-0. How could they beat Argentina's full squad, yet lose to the USA later that year? Anyway...Lucky for you, I actually made a "highlight" video from that game in Buenos Aires. The video's quality is not "great" but it's good enough to grab a manzana y una empanada and cherish the moments!

I had many hopes that El Pibe will becaome a coach and will lead the NT forward, but unfortunately not every good player can be a good coach. It doesn't mean that he won't be back to coaching in the future and be successful, but his short job in Junior and the way it ended, may cause him to think twice before taking any coaching jo again.

dude pibe is a joke... guy is not a serious buisnessman nor coach. He wants shit handed to him like Maradona who was 98% the Reason why Argentina didn't lift the world cup. They almost did the impossible and not qualify because of him until he manned up and called higuian.

El Pibe pussed out of coaching Junior, and was an assistant coach after bitching how he deserved the team and the NT... when he got the shot he backed out. Also hear that he never goes to that school of football he started.

One thing is loving the player because he was a hero in his playing days but to me the guy isn't serious. Only 94 player who should be the NT coach is Leonel who has worked very hard to get to where he is. I think Leonel should be our coach not the assistant one but again.... maybe he pussed out of that too
