Our midfield is invisible on defense

Far cry from the tackles and interceptions Marchisio, Vidal, Pogba used to do

But Allegri is a great coach. He came along and continued our run for another five years. He got us into two finals of the CL. He kept us among the best in the world. No need to be apologetic. The problem with the side has been clear since last season. We need some midfield with muscle to play defense and real fullbacks. I think that made Allegri's decision to step down easier since Paratici has not addressed those trouble areas. Allegri is definitely one of the best coaches in today's game.

Who can we realistically get in January for the MF?

Zaniolo and SMS. But we need to sell 2-3 midfielders.

Can we wait till Sarri proves something in Champions League?

Hence why I qualified the statement with "will likely". If Sarri doesn't go out against a lesser side in Ajax like Allegri did last season, he will have at least bettered his performance from last season. For one, they already got a better result in the away leg at Atletico Madrid this season.

We cant even sell 1, let alone 2, on top of buying another

We are pretty much stuck w these guys we have. Unless they push for a sale themselves.

Hopefully we get lucky and Can & Rabiot ask to be sold. If i was management i would try really hard to get these 2 + Mandzukic to United for Pogba...some sort of a deal like that. They get 3 big players and those 3 also get to play for a famous team and be starters. But thats probably impossible to pull as you need 4 players to agree to something lol

I would rather keep Can and Rabiot, I still think they can be valuable pieces for this side. To this day I don't understand why Can isn't playing more and isn't qualified for CL.

Problem is they dont and wont get playing time. Idk what we expect exactly out of these players because they are used to being starter and need consistency to get their rhythm. Especially if they are new to the team. But we keep starting KPM and throw these guys once in a while and expect miracles.

In the end they all get wasted, no playing time, high salary and no one will want them. We focus on quantity rather than quality.

Do we get more if Lazio & Roma crap out of EL?

I wonder how many Palace jerseys they sold today.
They left a lot of money on the table though. All these non-Juve resellers bought the stock and now reselling them for double price. They charge people fan memberships and they couldnt even give priority to the real fans. They just put money in pocket of other people.

I'm pretty sure that it was 1 jersey per customer to reduce the reselling opportunities. That is what multiple people were saying in the r/juve subreddit.

Well not really, they pretty much sold it to resellers. Its all online now twice the price

If they wanted that they coulda gave priority to official members to purchase first. Every jersey store online was on the site buying them up. Pretty sure a lot of it when to non fans

Fair enough, it's def. not a good look. I'm sure members will be wondering why they are paying a membership fee if they don't get first dibs on those type of things.

3 ?? That's unheard of...out of everyone i know who tried, only 1 was able to get one. Palace and adidas sites were same thing, kept reloading the queue until it was all sold out.

The logo is fine as a corporate symbol. I miss the badge. The logo does not replace a badge.
