The front three of Chelsea all look good. The midfield three are having a ‘mare.

my guess is CP gets subbed-off early the 2nd for Mount..His work-rate has been very low, specially on defense....Let's hope he can pick it up in the second half.

City are just a class above — 1 player from Chelsea would get into this City lineup, and it’s showing.

hopefully Chelsea can sting them on the counter to take a point... but frankly this could already be over at 3-1. We’ll see if Lampard can make an adjustment in order to get more control in midfield.

Kovacic/Jorginho started off so well... then, not so much.

Honestly not 100% sure Pep would start Kante over Rodri. Probably would depend on the opponent, both skillsets are useful.

I'd bring Mount on for Jorginho.

Pulisic working hard to make runs forward but his efforts are yet to be rewarded.

kovacic is pulling a JJ and just running without any discipline in his position.

Great pass in box by CP and Tammy wasted it

tammy has been pretty bad in the role he was tasked with today, not to mention he hasn't gotten a shot off in about an hour.

I mean, he hasn't been amazing, but aside from that time when he should've shot the ball, I don't think CP has made many glaring mistakes. Just ho-hum from him, with most of the attacks coming from Willian's side, and the rest of the possession in the middle before an inevitable CB/CDM mis-placed pass gives the ball back to City.

Subs were the right moves but maybe 10 minutes too late.

That and how casual he was waiting for the ball to roll out for the corner made Frank's decision pretty easy

I think Willian and CP have played pretty well, it's just that MC's midfield is a class above chelsea's and so is their defense.
