Ji with a goal and an assist today in a 3-0 win on road in Regensburg. Darmstadt jumps up from second last to 14th place with one match day to go.
i will post this here even though it has nothing to do with Koo but...Borussia Monch have failed to qualifiy for european football next season, a revolution might come in the summmer? What are the teams likely to be more involved in the summer transfer?
Wolfsburg (they will spend a lot after this horrible season), BVB (but won't affect Kwon), Schalke (they lost Goretzka and Meyer for free, need replacements in DM) and definitely Hoffenheim (they need to replace Uth and Gnabry + CL).
I know. But I am pretty sure they'll make it. 1. Kiel is not BL1 level. They have just recently been promoted to BL2 (probs to that amazing manager, who will go to Koln next season). They will fight, but I think Wolfsburg is on another level. 2. Bruno Labbadia is a bad manager but he has an experience in rescuing his team from relegation play offs (HSV two years ago). That's a reason why they hired him in the first place. 3. Third place BL2 teams rarely make it through the play offs in general.
I missed that because I stopped watching at 80th min. The commentator even said: Ji's doing everthing wrong today.
Wow for a league that is supposed to be low in quality, they have a great attendance. K-league has no excuse.
That's what makes the BL2 the most attractive "second tier" league in Europe. The attendance numbers are amazing and the fans are really passionate.
The English Championship appears to be slightly better in attendance, both are on place 7-8 among all leagues in Europe. Only the top 5 leagues plus Eredivisie are ahead.
Julian Schieber joined FCA. This could maybe affect Ji as Schieber is another CF who can play LM/CAM too.
Schuster wants to keep Ji and will try to find a solution. He says Ji was a big help and fulfilled the expectations, but could've scored more.
Some Augsburg transfer gossip: - after Hitz joining BVB, they are looking for someone who can fight with Luthe over the GK position and are interested in Darmstadt's Fernandes. This leads to speculation whether they might let Ji go the other way. - Usami will most likely stay permanently at the newly promoted Dusseldorf where he has played a much more important role than his short FCA spell. - Augsburg is preparing for Finnbogason's transfer after WC. They have signed Schieber but he is supposed to be a bench player. They are looking for another striker. (They are being linked with Karim Ansarifard from O.Piraus) - Andre Hahn might come from HSV and will finally be the RW they have been missing since ages. Ironically, the last proper RW of Augsburg was himself before he went to Borussia. However, he has regressed/stagnated since his old days.
Man LSW should start beside SHM. It's like watching Messi and Ronaldo playing together. Lol just kidding.
Augsburg with another signing after finishing Andre Hahn deal last week: Felix Gotze (younger brother of Mario, defensive allrounder) joins FCA from Bayern II.
