Park Ji-Sung on loan to PSV Eindhoven QPR have loaned midfielder Park Ji-Sung to PSV Eindhoven for a season but the Championship side will still have to pay the South Korea star almost £300,000 in wages. PSV have a salary cap of £860,000 per player, so Rangers have been forced to make up the £290,000 shortfall. http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/420259/Park-Ji-Sung-on-loan-to-PSV-Eindhoven
Now Marcel Brands (sporting director at PSV) is getting more open about where they are now: http://www.telegraaf.nl/telesport/voetbal/psv/21791550/___Goed_gevoel_bij_Ji-Sung_Park___.html
Excellent news, he will mentor the young PSV team! Will also be great to see him link up with Cocu again...
Zenit is through to the next round. Since Lyon also went through yesterday, PSV will be unseeded, so will face one of Arsenal, Lyon, Milan, Schalke, and Zenit in the next round. Not a great news for PSV... But then again, even if they are knocked out, they will enter the Europa League group stage straight away.
