Swedish champions Piteå have lost twice against Scottish teams in the last few days. Against Glasgow and Hibernian both by 2-1.

Reading the names of the scorers, I realize that I had missed the fact that Frankfurt had become the main "home" of the Austrian players in Bundesliga (Aschauer, Feiersinger). It used to be Sand, before, if I remember well.
Or maybe, it's become the "Alpine" club, if you also count the Swiss Reuteler!

Slavia 3, Ferencváros 4 – a bit of a surprise result, right? Slavia Prague are in the last 8 of the 2018-19 Champions League (quarter-finals in March).

Ferencváros are top of the league in Hungary now, with 11 wins out of 12, ahead of the 2018 champions MTK Hungaria.

Slavia seem to be out on tour so probably rotating in squad. They also played 2-2 against Turbine Potsdam and beat Gornik Lezcna 4-2 in the last week.

^ Arsenal-Bayern is coming up on Sunday.

[IMG] [IMG] Also, from Bauser in the Norway thread:

    They'd sold 6700 by Friday.

Some recent results, Excelsior Barendrecht are looking unbeatable.

Just attended a game between a French second tier team Lille and English third tier team. They should do those kind of international friendlies more often rather than the big teams playing each other as they already do in the WCL.

Good grief: On the second Valerenga goal, a Valerenga player blatantly shoves down a ManU player in the ManU box--no call!--which directly leads to a goal.
