The slovenian guys looked pissed after the draw. I'd rather have had home for the second leg,but am glad it's not ireland. Slovenia has done awesome in playoffs though and ukraine.....not so much. But honestly, if we can't beat slovenia in a competitive playoff,we have no business being at that tournament.

Those are some very underwhelming fullbacks and forwards. If we had this midfield on the 2006 team, we'd be contrnders.
2-0 right now. Should have been 3-0 or 4-0 by now. Well, Slovenia should have had one in the first half... Harmash and Khacheridi are giving me heart ache. They are liable to get ejected at any time.
Konolplyanka said "we will win"and rybalka said "ukrainians can ununcork the champagne." ugh!!! They act as if theyve won a playoff before. Do they realize slovenia is like 14-2 with one draw at that stadium over the last 5 years???
Id say the overconfidence will spike just before a red card penalty combo, then turn into in fighting on the pitch. If rybalka plays,he better bring his A game. Slovenia doest need any more motivation. Im a lot less confident after reading that crap.
It doesn't surprise me the attitude of some of the players. One of the reasons was that if Slovenia is going to cause problems for us is that they'll need to play football and not hack and provoke... Just because they are at home I don't think its enuff and some of our players are going to take it to them - especially Konoplianka. His European form has been on the up and comparing this Slovenia team some of his competition I can see where he has his thoughts. Nonetheless the game should be indicative of where Fomenko's psychology will come to play. I more worried by Xacheridi and Harmash blowing their kool and then the team has to play a man down trying to escape to France rather than "Rolling" right in.
Well the first half is a nailbiter... Can YKPAIHA hold is the big question? Konoplianka just too cocky. Stick to the game at hand which is completely of duress. I'm not sure if Seleznoiv should stay on for the rest of the game.
