I really like the way this kid plays, he is an attacking midfielder with a wide repertoire of tricks to create scoring chances, but he was undoubtledly surpassed by Harold Mosquera, Maxi Núñez and Macalister. I think that talking just about talent he is probably on par with them but is physically lacking. And Russo probably saw that.

Anyway, I Hope that he has the chance to Play a lot in Portugal and is able to stay there. Apparently he has already debuted and left a good impression.

He debuted yesterday in the season opener. He was subbed off at minute '80 and apparently was nothing amazing.

never heard of him but Pep makes him sound shitty. I mean he is young so he can get better. Was he even a starter for millos?

He said that there were better options ahead of him and that he wasn't too great physically.

He didn't have a great match, but I see positives in his game. Very fast, tracks back and presses defenders vigilantly, and he's pretty good with the one touch.

He's scored a goal and so far is the MOTM against Portimonense today.

Don't know if you guys have discussed this but does his loan have an option to buy. And what kind of midfield player is he? More of a 10,box to box?...

He is an attacking midfielder. Not really a #10, not a Box-to-box.

His playing style is not really like a Colombian to me. Plays and runs a bit more like a Paraguayan or Chilean.

Yeah. He's an RM/LM. Not a pure winger at all, and not an organizer of play.

He has A LOT of pace, but he doesn't try to run into space or get to the flag to make a cross. Rio Ave use a trio of attacking mids that interchange frequently.

This guy...I've watched him play a few times now, he starts pretty much every weak

He's frustrating to watch. Very talented kid, but he's so imprecise with his passing. He can't put his stamp on the game and he rarely finishes any matches because of it.

But Rio Ave shows so much faith in him. I feel like if more European clubs showed Colombians the amount of chances Rio Ave gives this guy they'd be rewarded for it.
