He'd develop more at PSV but Monaco wouldn't be a bad move. Not the ideal move but not a bad one...

Disagree. This would at best definitely be a sideways move, I would even say a step down.

Good thing he's wont have to choose since it looks like Napoli.

Guti seems to have lost some of that pinpoint long pass accuracy but has learned to move better around the field. He's quicker when discharging the short pass

Man "qualifying" for Europa seems like a real drag. Some teams have to win, what like 5 preliminary rounds before even making the group stage?

    Yea

    One more... One more...

Those games are never fun. PSV was bad, Guti was not good as well.

PSV has not come close to replacing the GOALS lost from De Jong and Lozano duo. The new young guys are talented but they waste so many chances and don't score like that duo did. That is why they are suffering now.

That said, PSV should go after JJ Macias. I am sure that he will go to Europe in the next year or so better to go for him now before it's too late. He is a clinical goal scorer and Mexican which is exactly what PSV needs!

Bruma, Malen and Bergwijn are great

Malen is the most promising Dutch striker at this moment, I cannot see PSV go for an uncertain Mexican talent when they have Malen.

PSV is suffering mostly because their defense is a joke

Almost 60 goals missing from De Jong & Lozano. No disrespect to those young players but I don't see ALL 3 of them combined getting 60+ goals!!

  13. Actually my vote goes to Stengs. He's exquisite in creating openings with simple flicks of his feet or score goals with beautifull touches like Rembrandt puts his brush on the canvas.

I really donot get they let Obispo move to Vitesse on loan, while what they got at the back is less in quality.

  14. Interesting analysis of Guti 2.0 that in a way lines up with your observation.

Decent game again by Guti imo.

Moved from CM to AMC after minute 65.

He has critics, but I think he's doing fine. Its not easy to be a midfielder in this PSV.

    Winning 0-2

Guti participated in PSV's second goal against Heracles. He's the one who sent the long pass up the field.

      2-0 GOAL van Cody Gakpo!
En nog maar een! Wat een heerlijke knal van Gakpo in de verre hoek, buiten bereik van de keeper van Apollon. De onderschepping op het middenveld van Gutiérrez was ook goed.*************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************The interception in the midfield by Guti also was good.
