hmm... Paris FC now undefeated in their last 6 league. Serious contender to get promoted to Ligue 1 for the first time ever!

I wonder if that would attract interest from some oligarch or Saudi prince. Small club - wouldn't be too expensive to buy, unlike Monaco. Yet attractive place to live for players. They're actually more of a Paris club than PSG.

Madrid hanging on now. 1-1 and pretty open. Doubt it’ll stay tied.

Edit. Stupid turnover from Joaquin leads to a LPB FK. Terrible wall from Betis and the ball goes in despite the FK being pretty crap.

So half way mark, compared to last season Refdirt is only 10 points behind, instead of 16. Wouldn't believe that reading the media.

Damn so Solari vs Isco feud is a thing now. It’s funny how a former Barca fan is so darn loyal to our archenemy despite shitty playing time.

I dunno. Media has been pretty consistent IMO. They are a bit more negative on Madrid this season but with good reason - They are worse now. They are closer to Barca only because Barca dropped more points.

Last season they had more games when they looked good IIRC. They were just inconsistent. Now they are more consistently bad, even when they win. I mean 27% possession against Betis for e.g.! :ROFLMAO: The 400+ minute goalless drought, 3-nil losses to Eiber and CSKA. 5-1 loss to Barca. Last season it wasn't quite that bad.

Yeah but this season they are more competitive in league, topped cl group and probably are going deeper in copa also. They were overrated last season, putting everything on cl with the help of officials and refs and forgetting everything else. And we let 5 goal against Betis too, which I don't remember Barca conceding before. I think they're only worse on depth, as Bale gets injured as usual and there's trouble ahead for them. But at this moment it's critical that Mourinho isn't returning there, that is certain.

Well, they are in the semifinal of the Caribao Cup. :)

But yeah, weren't gonna win a major trophy anyway. They should still have enough to finish top 4 provided Kane returns healthy in March - ideally early part of March.

Its a big shame because the Dortmund - Spurs CL tie was one of the more attractive ones.

It's a challenge to go to the team that has won league 7 time in a row? Of course it's bullshit. I like Zlatan, I think he's the best interaction with the media, says usually the truth without sugar coating.

Say what you want but it was a smart move. If he wins the CL with Juve, the narrative will be pretty big for him.

That would be, if I cared about the narrative for casuals.

It will be more than for the casuals . It’s BS when people put it in the context of comparing to Messi , but it would be a great accomplishment . Like I said , smart move to go to a team that even last year got close to knocking out Madrid themselves .

Treble is always a great accomplishment. However casual narrative for Fakenaldo usually is, could do it everywhere, and same bullshit continues with "challenge with Juventus." When for those who actually understands logic and relativity, he got stomped in Spain by Messi, and he chose Juventus because he gets the title, and he doesn't even have to do anything. Funnily Fakenaldo has never proved himself in Spain, in Portugal or with Portugal, to be the best player, only in England he could say he proved himself.
