Atletico should find a way to let Madrid have it.

Zlatan scored in his first start at AC Milan. Good finish too. The guy has a magic touch ... just not in the CL.

LPB cruise in PKs and win, 4-2. Atleti missed their first two. Ramos with the winner.

Should be Liga vs Copa winner.

Wow ... just saw Valverde committed a non-disguised last man tackle from behind to deny Morata a winner. They must have really wanted that title. :ROFLMAO:

I forget ... is that in the Madridismo code of conduct ?

I'm tired of hearing how great LPB supposedly is this year. That team can't score goals. Atleti too of course. I honestly believe if we don't make 1-2 stupid errors in every match, we are easily better than both of those teams because we can actually score goals.

Nobody is saying they are great. But I see them with better chances of taking the league this season.

Does it matter if they are great or not? If Barca makes stupid mistakes then Barca ain't that great either. In the end it's the results that matter but how long can you get away with it? Everything is slowly slipping away with no change in the horizon and stupid board and players keep supporting this useless coach.

Yeah, I can see LPB drawing a lot of matches the rest of the season due to their inability to score for long stretches sometimes. Hopefully Barca can take advantage.

The previous two seasons we also mailed it in in many matches but were fortunate ex. Messi bailing us out, MAtS making crazy saves but this year Messi missed a lot of matches early and now MAtS is missing matches. Neto can't save us.

Honestly I don't think we are worse than last year. Suarez injury can hurt but he should be back if we get past Napoli. And if we can't get past Napoli without him we likely wouldn't with him either. He hasn't exactly done much in the KO stages in away matches.

Yeah, not sure how it went from 4-6 weeks to 4 months. Was the surgery a fail?

We are screwed for this season. Maybe we can reach another Copa del Rey final if we get an easy draw. That's about it.

4-6 weeks I only saw on one source pre-surgery as a possibility. Not sure that came from the doctor at all.

Just hope it's not as bad as falling out of top 4.

We should almost try a 4-4-2 at this point. Not much to lose.

We've been doing a 4-4-2 on defense for a while now.

Thinking about this new Supercopa format, I wonder if the changes would've been made in a year where we had gone trophyless the previous campaign. Probably not, right?

Seems like this was launched this year to give LPB a chance at a trophy they otherwise had no right to grab. :cautious:

Just read a crazy story about Hakan Sukur. Got involved in politics in Turkey and had some fall out and basically got persecuted and his assets frozen. He is now an Uber drive in DC and sells books for a living.
