Portugal free kick on the very edge of the box.
Cristianoooo... GOL! Wow, well taken! Great goal.

Oh, wait. It went wide left post.
    Against Luxembourg.
    Nevermind.

Cristiano scores the CRUCIAL second goal to qualify Portugal for Euro 2020.
    Against Luxembourg.

But it was a stunning right footed strike. Lighting from a bottle from the edge of the goal line.

I think. The ball may have already crossed the line when he tapped slammed it home from 0 yards out.
No matter. He's been credited with the goal.
Just another vital goal at a crucial moment in the match for one Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro GOIH ComM.
Mom will be especially proud of this one.

I know HATE is a bad word so I’ll just say ... I kinda detest Cronaldo ..

He hasn’t got one redeeming feature to my knowledge

U17 WC Final today between Brazil x Mexico. SF between Brazil and France was nutty.

Brazil were down and came back to win in each of QF, SF, Final games. France was a tough game. They are pretty athletic and are pretty good but they tried parking the bus after going up 2 x 0 and paid for it.

Its Messi v Suarez in Israel tonight in a friendly. Nice assist by Suarez to set-up Cavani. 1-nil Uruguay.

Only one Barca player on Spain's 23-man squad facing Romania [Busquets]. How times have changed...

Or they might win next year.

These Euros look pretty open. I fear that Portugal could even win again. :speechless:

Zidane probably doesn't care. He already didn't want Bale. Just imagine the Madrid fanbase. Imagine the Bernabeu if Bale actually sets his foot in that stadium again. This is probably the biggest insult to a club I've seen.

It's a done deal. Actually the deal was already done. The timing of everything makes it pretty obvious.
