The guys discuss the friendly vs Canada, the first qualifier vs Antigua & Barbuda, and the upcoming match vs Guatemala…Oh, and Dexter St Jock. Enough 2-a-days already? Shift Bocanegra to LB and bring in Cameron? on The Straight Red Card…

Much love for the Dexter St. Jock reference. Watching the game, I was the only one in my group who thought of and had heard of, DSJ.
Glad to know I’m not alone.
I would expect no less from a guy named “Sand on my butt.”
Jurgen made a mistake of playing Torres at Left Back, a spot he has no future in, instead of moving Boca to left back against a team in Antigua and Barbuda that had no shot at beating us, and giving Geoff Cameron the start at CB and giving him real experience in World Cup Qualifying. I think he also should have brought in Cameron over Guch as a sub, once again to give him some experience. Now heading down to Guatemala we will have to play with a back line that has not been used before.
I’ll agree with this. If there was any game i’d want to give Cameron a shot in it was A&B, more so then Guatemala in Guatemala. If Castillo or Johnson aren’t fit by Tuesday i say start Parkhurst at LB. At least there we have an actual defender and arent relying on inexperienced CBs (or poor performing ones)
I think he was basically playing a 3-4-3 hoping to pile on goals. 3 goals is better than none, but we might have got that with what y’all are suggesting and kept the zero, too.
