Like I said on the thread, it does not matter what I am accused of saying (especially GVs exaggerations who by the way brags of his personal inside sport journalist experience) because I know what I was and now am. I rarely do post any longer but sometimes I can't help in trying to interject some sanity (at least , how I perceive it) Guess that too will have to stop...have a great day!

Sorry I replied to Freisland, I just couldn't help it. It is for me a hilarious how personal slurs that have absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand are continually being allowed. Simply personal attacks. It is perfectly OK for anyone to disagree with me 100% but as with any discussion when you give a reason for that opinion, it is fun to discuss it.

I agree with you. But it was a stupid question to begin with. The transition from a defensive mid to a defensive back is small when compared to Messi to CB or Keeper. I am unaware why any coach would even try such a hare brained thing?? I responded as I said because the assertion originally posted by GVP was so vehement and prejudicially (although he maintains there is no prejudice) thoughtless. I merely mentioned that a new coach will try players in a position to determine if they would help the team. That started a diatribe how idiotic he was for blatant mispositioning and repeating mistakes etc etc.
