Barcelona is now even more boring to watch, such a change lol. They'll get rekt in Europe and we're winning La Liga.
Liverpool are an exception. They're clearly feeling themselves right now. We had the same vibe in Madrid going for a while where the team gave the impression that they couldn't lose no matter what.
Cavani is still of use to Paris for the remainder of the season. If Icardi goes down to injury they have another striker ready to step in. they aren’t finding an upgrade on Cavani in January.
On the other hand he'd be a gift from heaven for Atleti. Wouldn't do it either. Whatever Atleti offers PSG can generate from other resources.
I think in part it's the atmosphere surrounding that stadium, there's enormous pressure. We see similar pressure from ATM fans, officials really have to grounded to avoid being influenced. I also think our fans are more concerned about what our players aren't doing, they boo, hiss and let them know they aren't happy. Certain players like Ramos get the type of support that influence decisions but more often than not, we're not influencing proceedings.

Gattuso is doing well at Napoli lmao. How thick do you have to be to know what a mediocre manager he is for what he did at Milan?

El @FCBarcelona se plantea fichar ahora a #LautaroMartinez en invierno para sustituir a #Suárez (lesionado) 120 millones.— Veronica Brunati (@verobrunati) January 21, 2020 Supposedly Barcelona will attempt to buy Lautaro Martinez for 120 million this month
Lautaro is a nice player. This move, now, is obviously not happening but didn’t he have a €110m release clause.
Just seen this post from a former colleague at Deloitte on their ‘Football Money League 2020’ report. Not sure how wide spread it is but their report about 2019 was quite interesting (I think I mentioned it here). ‘FC Barcelona top for the first time by a considerable margin and become the first ever club to break the €800m revenue barrier.’ Will post the link shortly. Highlight: 2017/18: Real Madrid revenue £751m, Barcelona £690m 2018/19: Real Madrid revenue £757m, Barcelona £841m I thought our new Adidas deal had kicked in as of last season, looks like not.
I don't know why they don't have Messi just partner with Griezmann and put another midfielder like Vidal in the line up. Between busquets, Vidal, Rakitic/Arthur and de Jong they'd have the service.
London Derby today. Chelsea vs Arsenal. Both teams in a bit of a bad spell. Very consequential game. Chelsea currently sitting in 4th but the gap is narrowing fast. Lose today and they will feel serious pressure. Arsenal going with a very aggressive lineup. Lacazette Pepe Ozil Martinelli all starting
No discussion about him at this time have no idea why they hired him, didn’t like him much as a player, even less so as a manger, can’t think of any positive football that I have seen any team of his play
Laporte is officially back today. He will have a month to get in form for the Champions League matchup against us
Jesus will never be the main striker after that penalty miss. He practically told the keeper where he was going by twice look at the top right corner in the most obvious fashion that you can.
