I would assume it's as part of a package deal in order to sell more tickets to other games and fewer individual tickets to nasty fans.
I think we could start the season hot again much like last year if we win at home and @ Nashville is very winnable . Normally you would want at least 8 points from our March schedule but I think we can get 9
Got my tickets for Crewsmas. Gift from the folks for Christmas - comes with a hat. Section 115, row 17. Never been in the south end before.
You mean nasty Nati fans? I already have sent a video of our new 7 million dollar man to a friend who is a fc Cincinnati fan!
I looked on Nordeckedotcom over the weekend and it looks like that site hasn't been updated in a while. Do they still do tickets thru there?
Rather than wait for the official away game section details to emerge, I went ahead and bought regular seats for Crew @ Nashville today. Section 104 is the official section and has nothing available. I didn't want to get frozen out if I missed the link and details. I got 4 tickets on the aisle in the next section over, 103. Heading from our Smokey Mountain vacation spot to Nashville the day of the game then straight home after to have a day of rest at on Sunday. Looking forward to it. I don't think I've done an away trip since having kids.
Sometimes you can go the old-fashioned route and actually just call up a ticket rep for the other team and tell them you want tickets in the Crew section. That requires knowing how to use your cellphone to actually place a phone call though. (No clue about Nashville, because that's the weekend of the Columbus sci-fi marathon this year, so I'll be missing that road trip unfortunately.)
I did call, that's how I knew 104 was the away section. It's locked out on ticketmaster as they're putting something together with our FO and supporter groups. Since I'm not in one of those groups I was worried about missing out. My wife is also a "a bit" type A and likes to have everything organized. It was hard to convince her to even include the game as part of our trip. Now I've agreed to do 10+ hours of driving in a day and paid money for tickets. She has no excuse now. She'll just be along for the ride.
Good tip. I absolutely loathe waiting for the NorOnTour powers that be to release trip info ~13 days before said trip, so the wife and I will probably go ahead and get tickets in 103.
Tickets are now available in the account manager, but we can't download them until 24 hours before the individual game. Unless I'm missing something, this isn't good for people who like to download them all at once and forget about them until the appropriate app is loaded.
Ya know, for all the talk about how this FO is finally full of professionals who know what they're doing and how to do things right, there sure is a lot of "it'll be sorted out in the next few weeks." First Kick is in 18 days.
