On paper we have a great team but most fans of other nations seem to underrate us. That could be a funny summer next year. We probably do not win it again just yet but could easily spead some havoc bursting into ther semi final.

  7. I think you're talking shit. You try to sell that the majority of the football fans donot rate the German team?

he's not wrong though, people talk trash about Germany all the time even when we had like 7 consecutive SF min you always see focus on other big countries and "oh don't forget about Germany too." like an afterthought, lol.

as for now, after bombing at the WC18 and NL18-19 yeah I don't think many rates rebuilding Germany, forget past history and just look at present. Mass injuries and a stupid coach doesn't help either.

The Dutch know this first hand ever since they were singing pre game in their dressing room like theyve already won before the 74 final 2:55 ff min

This is very much true. I mean I'm referring to the original post you quoted with, not your own argument. There are 2 things which exacerbate the sentiment

    1. WC 18. Nuff said

    2. Casual football fans tends to use EPL and La Liga as yardstick.
If a country doesn't have lots of players pool from the likes of Liverpool, City, Chelsea, RM, Barca & Atletico, it means the quality of players must be bad. Not that saying this is true, but we're talking about lowest common denominator way of thinking.

Let see our current squad, apart from ter Stegen, Kroos, Rudiger, Sane, Gundogan, do we have anyone else playing at top 4 EPL or top 2 la liga or even top 1 serie A? Not to mention Low keep calling Emre f*cking Can, the player omitted from Juventus UCL squad. Even Sane before his injury having a hard time to compete with Bernardo Silva and Sterling.

I think Niederlechner is a striker who can really help the NT , more than any other striker

Tough nosed, winning duels, pressing hard, can do hold up play and assist

Its such a difficult group, if we get out of the group then every team after could be easier

it's all about the bracket. I was annoyed last Euro when I saw that ALL the big countries where on the same knockout stage bracket as Germany except for Portugal who were all alone in the other bracket LOL.

we played Italy in QF, France in SF and a win would have seen us play Portugal in final. That's 3 big games in a row.

and the hilarious part is that Portugal were garbage in GS and were 3rd place in their group. Then barely scrapped by every knockout game. Really is more about what ends up being the best position in end, 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

that's why no one can say anything about Germany WC14. We trashed Portugal than played France, trashed Brazil and then beat Argentina. 3 big knockout games in a row.

now we play France and Portugal again. Wonder who the 4th team is that could be?

dang we are playing France way way too much. WC14, EC16, NL18 X2, EC20. ugh I hate the French.

Interesting seeing how Liverpool are playing, whether it would be better to get Kimmichs goal production back at right back

Of course that means he needs to be covered defensively
