Footballers are not suppose to be competing like its Athletics, this is suppose to be a skilled game. English Premier league and like a lot of Northern Europeans play this time of game which is more face paced and physical
Why is Brazil so high? I don't think they are that good, neither is England for that matter. Both are top ten but not this is off IMO.
They won Copa America so I guess that makes sense especially with Uruguay being 5th. Many European giants like Germany, Italy have been struggling. Even Spain are so so.
